SamCart’s Best Features

It supports most popular payment methods like Stripe and Paypal. It makes it easy for you to get paid for your product directly into your account. Samcart Sucks

It has a sandbox mode. This allows users to test their setup before they go live. This is also possible without using your credit cards.

It supports integration with email marketing platforms. It can also be integrated with email providers, such as ActiveCampaign, Seva, and Drip. This helps you follow up with your customers through email. Zapier integrates with it, which allows you to create even more integrations.

It includes affiliate center and subscription saver features. Sometimes the credit card used to sign up for your subscription-based service can expire. SamCart gives your subscribers a link so that they can update their card information to continue paying for your service. The affiliate center allows for you to invite affiliates to sell your products.

You can try it for 14 days without any obligation and get a full refund within 45 days.

Only premium plans have the subscription saver or affiliate center. You will need to pay $199 per month.

Split testing and oneclick upsells can only be found on Pro and Premium plans. You will be limited to the basics plan if you don’t need them.

Are you ready to take things seriously? SamCart gives you the tools and support to make serious online sales.

Introduction There are many tools that can help digital marketers market their products. You might even need to hire a software developer for some of them. Samcart Sucks

Noting: If you aren’t experienced, you may need to test the features several times to determine if they work. This will add cost to your developer and cost you more.

It can be difficult to choose from the vast array of marketing tools that are available, especially if your business is new. Sometimes it even happens to professionals.

The truth is that you need the right tools to make your online business a success. But what are the “right” tools?

I’m sure you agree that in most instances, the right tool will be that which helps you make profits.

You know that profit is one of the reasons you are in business.

A tool that is easy to use and takes away too much technicalities to allow you focus on your business growth is the tool you want to sign up for, isn’t it?

You are brilliant. Samcart Sucks

According to research, only 22% are satisfied with the conversion rates of their businesses.

This does not sound like good news. SamCart, however, can be a great tool.

SamCart is more than just an internet marketing tool. Brian Moran (a successful internet marketer) created it. He understands the importance of having a checkout site that converts.

Your ecommerce checkout is the most critical part of your sales process. Recent studies show that 68% abandon their shopping carts.

You can think about it. This research has shown that 2 out 3 customers will abandon their cart after visiting your checkout page. It’s ridiculous, and most likely a waste in marketing dollars.

There are a lot of reasons they abandon their shopping carts, however which are of course, valid. Here are some examples of reasons prospects abandon their shopping baskets. Samcart Sucks

Well, Samcart allows you to seamlessly remove those hitches and create outstanding checkout process that will not only encourage customers to buy once but also help you upsell and cross sell them.

What is SmartCart exactly?

SamCart says:

SamCart is an online shopping cart builder that allows entrepreneurs to easily sell their products online.

It was designed for non-tech-savvy entrepreneurs. You don’t have to write a single line of code to implement anything at all. Everything is done for you. You just need to plug it in and go. Samcart Sucks

They also have a lot of templates that will help you get started with your ecommerce business, without all the hassles associated with other platforms such as Clickfunnels or a ton other products.

The truth is if you can use Microsoft Word, you can use this software to create amazing ecommerce checkout pages.

I can assure you that I won’t be biased by saying that even a 10-year-old can create a world class shopping cart that converts. That’s how easy it is to use.

How does SamCart function?

Samcart Sucks

SamCart can be used in just a few steps: Samcart Sucks

Create an account

Change settings

Connect with a payment processor

You can also create a product webpage

Let’s dive into the details of how to do it.

Create an account

It’s easy to set up a SamCart profile. Log into SamCart.com. Click the “Try It Free” button.

You’ll be taken to the pricing page. Here you can choose which plan you would like to try.

Before you can try it, you don’t need to make an initial payment. After clicking on any plan, you will be taken to checkout.

During the 14-day free trial period, there will be no charges for you to use the product. And note that you can cancel your subscription within the 14-day of trial.

Once you place your order, you’ll be taken on a signup webpage.

Then you will need to create your marketplace. Below is an example of the form you’ll find.

Simply fill in the form. Then, click on “Create Marketplace” and you can get started.

SamCart is now fully registered. Samcart Sucks

Next, you will need to create a checkout site. Here’s how your SamCart dashboard looks like:

You can see that only in 3 steps, you should be done with creating your checkout page.

Step 1: Edit settings

The Edit Settings button will open a new tab. You’ll automatically be taken to the page.

Let’s do it step by step.

The Edit page is divided into 5 sections. You can edit many options in the General tab. These include your cart logo, your content URL parameters and more.

Let’s check out what you can change in these fields:

i). Marketplace Name. The Marketplace name can be changed at any time.

You can always edit it if that was not accurate.

Next, you will choose the default country for your checkout page. Your customers can change it at any time to their country of choice.

ii). Time Zone: This allows you to choose the Time Zone in which your cart will function. Samcart Sucks

This is important since if you add a product expired date, your date/time and time will be calculated based off the timezone you specified. You can tell your customers the timezone you are using.

iii). Support Contact: In this field, you want to add your support contact email. Add an email address customers can reach you easily.

Any email can be added. However, it’s better to add a business email address, for example, [email protected]

iv). Currency: After you register your currency, you will not be able change it. After you register, you cannot change your currency.

However, if you want to change it, you should be able to do that by contacting the SamCart support team.

v Embed HTML/Scripts box: If you are a bit more tech-savvy, and want to add any HTML/JavaScript code into your checkout page’s pages, you can put your code in this Embed HTML/Scripts box.

This will work without any additional settings. It should work right out the box. Samcart Sucks

vi Purchase completion: In this field, you want to select where your users will be taken to after making a purchase. You can choose whether you want your users to go to the original URL or display a summary page with links.

With the Redirect Link Button, you can show your customers what to click next using a call to actions button.

You could allow them access to the product, let them download the digital product they purchased, or invite them to your premium area.

You should now be able to move forward. But if you need to quickly configure your marketing analytics, you can do this as well.

You don’t have any need to alter the settings. You can customize the settings by changing the names of the fields as shown in the example.

Save the settings after you have finished editing. The Save button is located in the top right corner.

Next, you can move to the Integration menu tab: There are a bunch of integrations options there.

It’s important that you set up the integration now so you don’t have to create it each time you want to sell a new product.

Let’s begin by integrating our email-autoresponder software. To add an additional email service, click “+Add New”

Select the one that is most applicable to you. If you’ve signed up with AWeberor MailChimp, you can click on it and follow the instructions for integration.

Let’s just assume MailChimp as your autoresponder.

Modify the integration details for MailChimp if you have selected it from the dropdown menu. Input your API key and add the integration label.

You can enter any name to your label. This is what you will use to identify the integration if you choose to use it. Give it a descriptive name. MailChimp Integration, I will call mine. Samcart Sucks

Log in to your MailChimp account and you will receive your API key. Log in to Mailchimp.com using your username and password.

After you login successfully to MailChimp, navigate the Extras menu. API keys will be found in the drop down list.

Click on the Create a Key button and the API key will be generated for you automatically. There is nothing else you need to do.

Copy it, and then paste it into the SamCart integration set-up.

And that’s it.

The process may be slightly different if you want to also integrate with another platform.

To integrate with Aweber, for example, you don’t need to manually go to your dashboard to get your API key. The system will allow you to log in and complete the integration.

Here’s an example.

Register here to get started.

That’s it. Samcart Sucks

These are two common ways that integration processes work in many cases.

However, if you have a product that is a member site, it might be a good idea to integrate with a members platform.

Scroll down until you find the link to join.

Click on the +Add New button.

And here’s the page:

Click on Add Integration and choose the membership platform that you would like to use with your product.

I can now input the required information and click the Integration button. Your dashboard has all the information. Log in to OptimizeMember’s dashboard to access them.

Next, you can customize your email settings. Click on the Email tab.

a Email Footer: You can edit the details of your footer that will appear in each email you send using your dashboard.

Once you click the button, a popup will appear for you to modify.

Next, create emails that remain consistent across all recipients for certain events. Samcart Sucks

When a customer orders is refunded.

b Emails that can be customized

To make changes, click the Edit button.

What happens if processes fail completely? These are the Dunning Emails, which you use to send emails to customers when processes fail.

c Emails to Dupes

After editing your emails are complete, you can add custom field if you would like. Here’s where you can add custom fields to the checkout page.

Custom Fields To create a new field, click the + Create button

A pop-up will be displayed.

Enter the name of the fields you want to add, the internal field name won’t be seen by your customer but the check out page label will be shown to the customer as the field name.

You will see a list with all the items you have selected when you click on it. For a drop down list, the customer is limited to selecting one item.

A checkbox will have several options that a user has the option to choose from. The customer can decide to choose all of them or choose just one out of all of them.

This is just one item.

Once you are done, click on Save.

You can add as many as possible. However, long forms are not liked by customers. Your form shouldn’t be too long.

They’ll most likely abandon it. As I said, about 2/3 of all customers will abandon their shopping cart.

Don’t add another reason for them to leave. According to the research, 27% of respondents said that they abandon shopping carts because they are too complicated and long. Samcart Sucks

Please, be simple.

Just enter their email address in the Enter email field and click on Add New. You will receive an email inviting them to accept your request. Once they have accepted your request, they’ll be able to log in as an administrator.

You’re done with Step 1 in the setup process.

Let’s now move on to Step 2.

Step 2 – Connect a processor

If you’ve been following this tutorial, you can go back to the first tab. You will need to connect a processor in order to receive payments. Click the Add Payment Processing button.

Once again, you’ll be taken back to the Settings and the Integration tab. Where you can find the payment integration option.

To add a payment processing processor, click the big ADD NEW button in the top right corner.

SamCart currently integrates with Stripe, Paypal, and Stripe as of the time this writing.

When you click on the Create New tab, a page with this information will pop up:

Click on Stripe and Paypal. If you click Stripe, you will be able to log in using your credentials.

Not sure where to look for credentials? Samcart Sucks

Once you have completed the form, you will be able to start your journey. Verify that your country is listed in Stripe’s accepted countries.

If you’re willing to offer two payment options to customers, it will be a nice touch. Customers have the option to choose their preferred payment processor.

Let’s now move on to the next step.

Step 3: Create a product

Now go back to your dashboard. Now you will be taken to the Payment processor page. Click on the Add First Product Button this is the interesting part.

You should now see the page below after you have clicked on the button.

Click on +New Product.

This page allows you to update product information. Enter the name, price, and description of your product. Also, choose whether you want a one-time or recurring payment.

A product like an ebook will most likely be a one time payment type of product, however, a product such as a membership or an online course will most likely require a recurring payment option.

Once you have entered the product information you may need to update the next page.

The settings are located at the top of the menu.

Let’s start with the product picture. Upload your product image. This image will appear on the SamCart checkout page.

When customers make a purchase on your checkout page they will be directed to a specific webpage. Most people will have a page like yourdomain.com/thankyou.html Next enter the product type are you selling a digital product or physical product?

If the product is digital, you can upload it immediately. If it isn’t a digital product, however, you can ignore that option. Samcart Sucks

Final note: If you are going to use coupon codes for marketing purposes, you can enable this option.

Once you enable it, you’ll be able to add coupons people can use to buy your product at a discounted price.

Click on “Add New Coupon” to open a pop-up with the following details:

You can generate more customers by using coupon codes. Discounts are loved by customers. Some customers might even buy products they don’t need because of the discount.

They might say that it could become very expensive in the future and they may not have the money to purchase it at the time.

This will make them more likely to want to buy. Marketing with coupon codes is a great strategy. Samcart Sucks

You will need to complete the coupon code setup. Choose a coupon code and set the expiration date. Choose the one that best describes what your customer wants.

Note that adding a coupon is completely optional.

Let’s now move on to the checkout page design.

Click on the Checkout Design tab, then choose from over 18 templates as of the time of this writing. You can choose any one of them that suits your brand.

To customize the design, scroll down. You will find many options to customize the design to suit your brand’s voice.

Start by customizing colors.

You can choose the predefined color codes or create your own colors. It also has a color selector, so you can choose the color you desire without worrying about the color codes.

You can change the color of the header, footer, background, headline, and your buttons color.

Next, you’ll need to add some fields, including custom fields. If you remember the “school”, we can also add this to your product page. Make sure you check all fields that should be visible on your checkout page.

You can move on to the next settings your product’s guarantee settings. What guarantee can you give your customers? Is your guarantee a 30-day guarantee or a money-back guarantee? Samcart Sucks

You can add this setting here. SamCart was built with conversions in mind. These features all encourage conversion.

You can use the +Add Bullet button to add more points as bullet points to your Checkout page.

Once that is complete, you are ready to add your terms. Turn in on.

When you turn it on, customers must agree to your terms before they can purchase your product.

Remember that you will provide a URL to where your terms & conditions content is hosted.

The link will be located at the bottom with the hyperlink “Terms And Conditions”. Next, you’ll need to add your payment processor for the checkout page. Don’t worry, you won’t need to go through the steps you went through in step two again.

You can click on the payments tab and change the active payment options.

Because I only used PayPal to review this product, PayPal is the only active option. Samcart Sucks

But if you’ve integrated Stripe, you’ll find it active and you can turn it on as well.

A secondary payment processor can also be added. This is a feature that merchants can use to add an alternate product. Click on the drop-down menu to select an item. Samcart Sucks

You want to add an upsell product. Click on the Upsell tab and edit the option. This is how an upsell product should look like:

It should be an item that customers can add to their shopping basket to compliment the product.

To modify your Upsells click on the UpSellstab and edit it. Add a product, note you should have created the product, just like we created the belly fat product. Simply click to add it.

You can also add an upsell funnel to this page if you have one. In this article, we will talk about upsell funnels.

Let’s now look at the next stage in creating our product checkout page, and that’s integration.

Click the Integration tab

You’ll notice that our MailChimp integration is showing up with our list in the drop-down list.

You can choose from the drop down menu which customer list you want to include after a sale or refund, and then remove them after purchase.

This will enable segmentation of your email list, allowing you to better market and send the right emails at the right moment to the right customer. Samcart Sucks

You will also see that there is no membership integration.

But, if your product has a membership requirement, you need to integrate your member portal using the method that we previously discussed.

The last section is the Advanced section:

If you think that you are a rockstar, and you want to add some custom code to personalize your checkout pages further, this is the place. You can add HTML codes or scripts to the header and footer of your checkout page.

You can include one important script in your Facebook pixel or Google Analytics scripts to help you obtain more data to improve marketing.

SamCart A/B test is a great tool that allows marketers to test, test, repeat, and improve their results. They are great because they do that.

You can create a test variation by clicking on the +New Test Variation button.

Click the button and you’ll see this page. Type your test variable name into the box, then save.

Congratulations, you have successfully completed your Checkout Page setup. Samcart Sucks

SamCart is for everyone

Samcart Sucks

SamCart is for entrepreneurs who aren’t ready to build a full fleshed ecommerce website but want to be able to sell their digital or physical products without going through the stress of building your own application from scratch.

SamCart makes the selling process simple.

Once you are familiarized with the steps you will agree with me that it takes 30 minutes to get your store up and running if you have all the resources like your logo, thankyou page, product copy, etc.

You must be ready to quickly start selling.

It’s a great tool for helping you sell anything. However, I think it is best to sell digital services and products. Particularly ebooks and digital courses.

You don’t have a bank account to get started with the tool. You’re given a 14-day free trial and it costs $14/ month.

Next, let’s take a deep down look at the features of SamCart. Samcart Sucks

1-Click Upsells

1-click upsell can be a great tool that will help you double, or even triple, your sales.

First, let’s clarify what upselling is.

What can you do with it? To boost your sales?

Neil Patel: “Upselling achieves 3 very good things.

Deepens relationships.

Increases the value the customer receives.

This increases the customer’s lifetime value (CLV).

Upselling is a win/win.

Customers get better stuff. You get more cash. Here’s the best part: Customers will stay around longer.” I agree with him. It’s 68% less expensive to acquire $1 of a new customer than it costs to upsell customers.

If a customer is already familiar with your brand, it’s much easier to market to them than to someone who doesn’t.

In fact, an additional study found that the probability of selling a product to an existing prospect is 60% lower than to a prospective customer.

An upsell is a great tool to convince your customers to spend more on products and services than they already have.

It’s a great idea to add bacon to the cheeseburger you order. Most likely, though, you didn’t think of adding them. Samcart Sucks

Here’s another great example of upselling.

Another example is from Amazon:

Then what is 1-click upsell?

One click upsell allows customers to purchase more products before or after checkout. All they have to do is click one button and pay for the entire product.

SamCart checkout page is a simple example:

Customer can add the product to their cart quickly, and then make payments right away.

Creating an upsell is easy with SamCart. Here’s how:

Log on to your SamCart dashboard, click on the drop-down menu for upsells, and select UPSELLS.

Now you’ll be taken to an upsell page.

Click on +ADDNEW UPSELL to start creating your upsell.

You will see a pop-up to fill in your details for upselling.

Enter the product you want to upsell to your customers and the details. Once you’re done, click on the Create Upsell button. Once you are done, you’ll go to a page that allows for customization of your upsell details. Samcart Sucks

To increase conversion, you can add a YouTube video. You also have the option to adjust other settings to maximize your sales potential.

Once you’re done with filling out the form completely, enable and save your settings.

Now your upsell is complete. You can easily add new products to your existing product every time you make a change.

A/B Split Testing

A/B split testing is a very powerful marketing tool. Marketing is all about testing.

Split testing with A/B allows you to put the guesswork behind and instead focus on the results.

In simple terms, A/B Testing (sometimes called Split Testing) is the process of comparing two versions a web page to find which performs better. [ source] You can compare two web pages by showing them to the same visitors (let’s call them “A and B”) simultaneously. The one that converts more visitors wins.

To find out which elements are working, test your checkout pages.

SamCart makes tampering your checkout page elements easy. This is how you can set up SamCart’s a/b test for your checkout pages:

Here is how to set up your first split test: Samcart Sucks

Step 1 Go to your PRODUCTS Tab.

Open any product.

In the left-hand sidebar, click on “AB Test”.

Next, click on the “+ New Variation” button.

Next, give your new variant a name.

And finally click “Save” Hover over the variation and click on the pencil icon to edit the variation.

You can now edit the variations settings and ensure you save them.

It’s also very easy to track your A/B tests results. All of it works under one URL. SamCart takes care of the rest. Send your customers your normal URL, or send them to yours.

You can check your test statistics online by accessing your a/b testing section within the product settings. This will show you how your variation is performing.

Happy testing. Samcart Sucks

Priority Support

This solution might be the one for you.

SamCart offers a highly responsive support team that responds quickly to customer inquiries. They were responsive to my inquiries on several occasions.

SamCart allows you to reach their support by simply logging into the website.

It is possible to find it from any section of the website. Samcart Sucks

The Complete Template Library

SamCart provides a number of stunning templates to choose from for your checkout pages. It is easy to customize the template and get started using it immediately.

Simply choose another template to customize your design. Your content will remain unchanged. It won’t be wiped away.

SamCart templates are well-designed with conversion in the mind.

So whether you are an expert marketer or a newbie, you can get started and start profiting from your checkout page.

The Profit-Center Dashboard

SamCart’s Dashboard is easy to use, intuitive, and most importantly allows you see all of your sales at once.

You’ll receive a lot of information about your checkout once you log into your dashboard. You can also see analytics for individual products if you have multiple items.

Imagine that you just slept, and then you wake up the next day and log in to your dashboard. Surprise, surprise, you’re welcomed with a pleasant surprise several hundreds of sales.

That will sure make you super pumped for the day.

You may also need to improve your marketing and sales strategy if your sales data is not good.

You don’t need to look for sales data. It’s right there, waiting for you when you log in. This motivates you. It’s presented in cards and tables as well as charts and regular figures. Samcart Sucks

Increase Backend Sales Using Any Card On File

Customers have a hard time filling out forms.

But how about you taking the stress away from them by helping them add a product to their profile without having them fill out any form?

Customers can use your contact form quickly to request that you add a product or service to their existing credit/debit account.

This method has shown to increase sales by 81.50%.

Multiple Payment Options Increase Conversions

Not every customer loves to checkout with Paypal. In fact, Paypal doesn’t support some countries. Will you let them go?

Keep in mind that if you have 10 customers, and you add one customer, it’s a 10% conversion increase. This is a lot of customers and you don’t want to lose one. Samcart Sucks

SamCart allows you to use multiple payment options like PayPal and Stripe on your checkout page, so that customers can choose the payment method they wish to checkout with.

It’s very easy to add a processor to your payment system. This has been covered in detail earlier in this article. You can refer to it.

If you wish to add multiple payment options on your checkout page while creating products, log in to SamCart and click the product link in your menu bar.

Choose the product from the selection of products:

Once you click on that, a page will show up. On that page click on the Payments tab and then select then turn on the payment options you’ve integrated.

Note: if you’re confused about how to integrate the payment processors, you might want to scroll a little up this tutorial to see where I explained how you can do that step by step.

Subscription Saver Protects Your Recurring Sales

Merchants who offer recurring service face one of their biggest challenges: customers need to update their debit or credit card.

Well, your customers have a whole lot to think about, you don’t expect them to remember just about everything at all times.

You should remind your customers about the expiration of their credit cards to avoid recurring payments from failing.

SamCart’s Subscription Saver allows you to automatically send emails to your customers to update their credit card details when they expire.

A SamCart study found that Subscription Saver helped customers to recover $50,413.92 in recurring income, and $50,000,413.92 in Subscriptions.

This functionality works without you having to do anything. It’s possible to disable this functionality if you don’t want it. Samcart Sucks

Zapier, Taxamo, and Kajabi integration

Zapier is a great form-generating platform for entrepreneurs who are not tech-savvy.

If you want to automate anything even if you’re not a developer, you might want to consider Zapier.

Good news is that you can also connect your Zapier account with SamCart.

You can use Zapier to complete your process automation after a customer purchases a product from you.

It’s easy to integrate. Log in to your dashboard and navigate to marketplace settings. Next, click on INTEGRATIONS. You’ll find this page.

Click on Zapier to start the integration process. This integration is a little different than other ones we have done.

In essence, we need to complete integration on Zapier.

To do this, log into your Zapier account.

Navigate to Connected Accounts, and select SamCart.

After that, you will be redirected directly to this page.

Accept the request and that’s all you basically need to do to integrate with Zapier.

You can click the Zapier icon to view the steps for integrating Taxamo and Kajabi. Follow the instructions. Samcart Sucks

Quick Answers from the Knowledge Base

Although the platform is easy to use, SamCart believes that you may still have questions so they created tons of content to answer them.

They’ve put in a lot of work in making the platform easy to use by anyone at any time.

You will not get stuck. Contact the support team to discuss your problem or access the knowledge base center to find quick answers.

Multiple Logos on One Account

SamCart allows you to use multiple company logos for your products, even if more than one company is involved.

You can add different logos for different checkout pages. Samcart Sucks

SamCart can create checkout pages to clients for them. This allows you to also add their logos on each client’s checkout pages.

This allows you to have greater control over what your checkout pages can look like.

Interestingly, changing logos is really simple:

Step by step instructions to modify logos

The Library & Bonus Training

SamCart never leaves their customers in the dark. SamCart offers effective training materials for entrepreneurs and business owners that can help them grow their businesses.

They’ve got eBooks, videos, webinars and also some paid content for pro members.

Logging in to your dashboard can help you quickly locate the materials.

The SamCart team keeps updating the content on this page to keep them up to date and relevant.

Physical Product Support

SamCart helps digital entrepreneurs and marketers get up to speed quickly, launch their products, and then make money. Business owners who sell physical products, however, are not excluded.

SamCart is different from other platforms which limit you to selling digital products.

It’s not difficult to set this up. This process is identical to setting up a product digitally.

It’s easy to toggle it from a virtual product to a tangible product. Samcart Sucks

Simple Shipping & Handling

If you are opting in to the physical products option, you might also want the ability to communicate to customers how you will fulfil the offer.

SamCart lets you calculate your customers’ location and bill them for shipping and handling.

If your audience is in your country, or your geographic location, you can charge a flat fee.

You can set the fee for each customer the same. It’s entirely up to you. So you can set a rate for your customers living in the United State, Canada, European Union, etc.

SamCart offers this great feature to help you run your company effectively.

So once you click on the product page and navigate scroll down the page, you’ll find the shipping setting. You can also add additional countries to your order.

It’s as easy as that.

Once you add a shipping address, the cost of shipping will be added to the order summary amount quickly.

This means you don’t have the need to manually calculate it.

Here’s what your customer order summary will look. Samcart Sucks

Higher Volume With Quantities At Checkout

Do you have a way to increase the quantity of products you sell?

It might be possible to offer more products to your customers.

If you are selling a huddy and have lots of it, customers should be able specify the quantity they need before they pay.

This is apparently a new feature of SamCart and it allows you to boost your conversion.

This is how you can add this feature to your checkout pages.

Uncover Your True Conversion Stats: Robust reporting system

SamCart’s reporting system is my favorite feature. It’s stunningly beautiful and does exactly as it is meant.

If you want to know how your checkout page is converting, the right place to goto is your report section in your SamCart dashboard.

Credit Your Affiliates With Higher EPCs

Did you know that affiliate marketing was a major part of the U.S. retail industry in 2016?

Research has shown that U.S. affiliate advertising spend will grow to $6.8Billion by 2020. The method is popular because it allows businesses (affiliates), to share their profit with their customers (businesses) who promote their products. Samcart Sucks

Affiliate marketing simply means earning a commission through the promotion of other people’s products.

This is one of most powerful forms of online advertising. SamCart allows you to be the owner of your product. Referring people to your checkout page will earn you a commission. The referrals then purchase your product using their affiliate links.

It all takes place in the SamCart affiliate centre. And, before your affiliates can start promoting your products, they must first of all, sign up for your affiliate program.

SamCart customers already have an Affiliate Signup Page where people can sign up to be your affiliates.

Log in to your dashboard to access this page. Navigate to the AFFILIATES section in the menu bar.

And once the page is fully loaded, scroll down the page until you find the fields where your affiliates will login and a place where they’ll sign up.

If you paste the link to the signup page into the browser, you’ll find something similar to this with your product name.

You can invite affiliates to register using this link and start promoting your products. Once your affiliates have created an Account, they will be notified by email that their application was approved.

Your affiliate dashboard allows you to manually approve or reject an application. Samcart Sucks

Once they are approved, they will be sent their login details email, password, and login URL so they can access their accounts.

If you don’t wish to leave them pending, activate automatic approval through your Affiliate dashboard.

Scroll to the bottom of your affiliate dashboard to edit these settings. You’ll see a slide called “Auto Approval” that you can toggle off or on:

Instead of getting email notifications that their application was pending approval, applicants will automatically be approved. They will receive their login details immediately. Once they log in to their dashboard, they’ll automatically be approved.

Here’s what your affiliates dashboard will look like after they login.

How long will you wait for someone who clicked your affiliate links but didn’t buy the first time to become an affiliate referee when they register?

Example: If I click your affiliate link and then return to your checkout pages after 30 days, can I still be considered your referee?

This setting can be modified as well:

Scroll down in your affiliate dashboard until you see the Cookie Expiration option. Enter the number and duration of time you wish it to stay.

The following example shows that if someone clicks on an associate link and buys your product within 30 days, it will be recorded for your affiliates.

The good thing is that SamCart allows you to pay your affiliates any amount you desire.

High commissions are a common occurrence for affiliates. This is a sign that people love the products or copy being promoted by the marketers. Samcart Sucks

Clarity Through Pixel Tracking

Pixel tracking, have you ever heard of this phrase?

Involves some coding to integrate your analytics software with your checkout page, right?

This will allow you to track which email, which link or which ad has the greatest impact on your business.

Ok, I understand that you are not a web developer. That’s okay. However, it can be challenging to play with code.

SamCart allows you to do all of this without the assistance of a developer. All you have to do is copy the pixel track code from your product page advance section. Then, post it there.

Here’s how it works:

Log in into SamCart to view your dashboard. Click on PRODUCTS.

Click on Advanced Settings and you’ll see a box for entering your analytics code.

Log in to your Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel account and copy the code. Then paste it into any of these boxes. Samcart Sucks

All you have to do is the basics. SamCart will take care of the rest.

This will help you gauge the success of your marketing and selling efforts.

Multi-Language Support

SamCart supports multiple languages, which is an interesting feature of the platform.

This allows you to sell to anybody in any part the world. Customers can translate the checkout page quickly to another language that they feel comfortable with.

No matter how well your customers know English, you will not let them go.

What’s the best way to do that?

Log in to your dashboard, then navigate to your product section. Then to the Checkout Design tab:

At this point, the only templates that can support multi-languages is the “World Wide”, “One Page Funnel” or “World Wide” templates.

Select any of these templates to get started:

i. World Wide ii. Scroll down to change the settings.

Choose from one of the prefilled language options and click on Save to save your selection.

That’s all there really is. Samcart Sucks
