It is very simple to create a SamCart. Log into the website SamCart.com and click on the obvious ‘TRY IT FREE’ button.
The pricing page will redirect you to the plan selection page.
It’s not necessary to pay an initial payment in order to try it. Once you click on any of the plans, you’ll be taken to the checkout page.
During the 14-day free trial period, there will be no charges for you to use the product. And note that you can cancel your subscription within the 14-day of trial.
You’ll be taken directly to a signup page once you have placed your order.
You will then need to create your market. The form below is the example.
Simply fill in the form. Then, click on “Create Marketplace” and you can get started.

Next step is to create a checkout page. This is how your SamCart dashboard should look.
As you can see, it takes only three steps to create your checkout pages.
Step 1 Edit Settings
You can click the Edit Settings button to open the page you wish to edit in a new tab. Do not worry, the page will be automatically taken to.
Let’s move on.
The Edit page can be divided into five sections. The General tab lets you edit a range of options, from your cart logo to the parameters of your content URL.

i Marketplace Name. This name is customizable.

iii). Support Contact: You will need to enter your support contact email in this field. You can add an email address that customers can easily contact you.

iv). Currency: Please note that after you register, you can’t change the currency. So at this point, you can’t change your currency.

You should now be able to move forward. You can however, configure your marketing data at once if you wish.

If you choose MailChimp from the drop-down menu, edit the integration details. Add the integration label and input your API key.

Log in to your MailChimp account and you will receive your API key. Log in with your username/password to Mailchimp.com
Once you have successfully logged into your MailChimp Account, go to the Extras Menu. There you will find API keys in a drop-down menu.
Click on the Create Key button, and an API key will automatically be generated. You don’t need to do anything.
Copy it and paste into your SamCart integration setup.

You may need to do some modifications if you wish to integrate other platforms.

I can go ahead and input the necessary information and click on the integration button. Your dashboard contains all the information you need. Log into your OptimizeMember dashboard to get them.
Next, customize your email settings. Click on the Email tab.
a Email Footer Editable: Here you can modify the footer details for every email that you send from dashboard. You can do this either automatically or manually.
Once you click the button, a popup will appear for you to modify.

What about when processes fail? These are the Dunning Emails, which you use to send emails to customers when processes fail.

Once you are done editing emails, you can add any custom fields you wish. You can add customized fields to your checkout pages by clicking the CUSTOMFIELDS tab.
Custom Fields Click on the + Create New button to add a field.
A pop-up will appear.
Please enter the names of the fields that you wish to add. The customer won’t see the internal field name, but the check-out page label will.
A drop-down list of items appears when you click the field. For a drop down list, the customer is limited to selecting one item.
A checkbox will have several options that a user has the option to choose from. A customer has the option to select all of them, or just one.
This is a single item checkbox though.
Click on Save once you are done.
You can add as many as possible. Let me warn you: Customers hate long forms. Your form shouldn’t be too long.
They’ll most likely abandon it. As I mentioned earlier, two thirds of customers abandon their shopping cart.
Do not add another reason why they might leave. As one of the reasons 27% of customers in the research say they leave a shopping cart is because it’s too long and complicated. Samcart On WordPress
Keep it simple.
Just enter their email address in the Enter email field and click on Add New. They’ll receive an email to accept your request. Once they have accepted your request, they’ll be able to log in as an administrator.
This completes Step 1 of the setup process.
Next, let us move on to step 2:
Step 2: Connect a Processor
If you’ve been following this tutorial, you can go back to the first tab. You will need to connect a processor in order to receive payments. Click on the Add payment processor button.
The Settings tab will open again. The payment integration option can be found here.
To add a payment processor, click on the big ADD NEW button or the +Add New Button by the top right corner of the page.
SamCart currently integrates with Stripe, Paypal, and Stripe as of the time this writing.
When you click on the Create New tab, a page with this information will pop up:
Click on Stripe or Paypal. You can login to Stripe by clicking on Stripe if you click Stripe.

The form is easy to fill out. Make sure your country is the list of countries that accept Stripe payments.
If you’re willing to offer two payment options to customers, it will be a nice touch. Customers can choose which payment processor they prefer.
Let’s now move on to the next step.
Step 3: Create A Product
Now, return to your dashboard. The Payment processor page will redirect you from your dashboard. Click on the Add First Product Button this is the interesting part.
Click on this button to open the next page
Click on +New Product.
This page allows you to update product information. Enter the product name, price, and description. Select whether you’d like it to be a onetime payment or a recurring.
An ebook is a type of product that can be purchased once. A membership or online course, on the other hand, will need recurring payments.
After you have added the product information, it is possible that you will need to provide additional information on the next page.
You’ll see them in the top menu. There are other settings that you can change to complete your checkout.
Let’s begin with the product image. Upload your product image. The image will appear exactly as this on the SamCart checkout pages:
You can enter the URL of the webpage your customers will visit when they make their purchase from your checkout page. Most people will have a page like yourdomain.com/thankyou.html Next enter the product type are you selling a digital product or physical product?
If it’s a digital product, you have the option to upload it immediately. If it’s not a product in digital format, you have the option to ignore that option. Samcart On WordPress
Finally, this stage allows you to enable the coupon codes option if you intend to use coupons for your marketing.
It’s possible to create coupons for people to buy your product at reduced prices once you enable it.
Click on the Add New Coupon button, a pop up will show up with the following information:
Promo codes can be a great way of generating more customers for your company. Discounts are loved by customers. Some customers might even buy products they don’t need because of the discount.

Click on the Checkout Design tab to choose from 18 templates at this time. Any of them can be customized to your brand.
Scroll down for more options. There are many settings that you can modify to make the design more consistent with your brand’s voice.
Start by customizing colors.
You can choose the predefined color codes or create your own colors. The best thing about it is that you can use the color picker to choose the color you want, without having to worry about the code.
You can change the color for your header, footer, background and headline as well.
Next, you’ll need to add some fields, including custom fields. If you remember the “school”, we can also add this to your product page. Check the fields that are active on your checkout page.

After you have completed the setup, you can add your terms and conditions. Turn it in.
When you turn it on, customers must agree to your terms before they can purchase your product.
Remember to include a URL that points to your Terms and Conditions content.
This link will appear at the bottom on the page. Next, you need to add the payment processor. It’s not necessary to repeat the steps that you did in step 2.
You can click on the payments tab and change the active payment options.

But if you’ve integrated Stripe, you’ll find it active and you can turn it on as well.

You’ll see that our MailChimp Integration is appearing in the dropdown list.
You can choose from the drop down menu which customer list you want to include after a sale or refund, and then remove them after purchase.

To access this page, you need to log in to your dashboard and navigate to the AFFILIATES tab in the menu bar.
Once the page is loaded fully, scroll down to the bottom of the page until the fields are found that will allow your affiliates to login.
If you post the signup page link in the browser, you’ll see something similar to this but with your product name:
Affiliates can register by following the link to promote your products. After your affiliates have created an account, they will be notified that the registration was successful and that their application has been approved.

Once they are approved, they will be sent their login details email, password, and login URL so they can access their accounts.
However, if you don’t want to keep them pending, you can activate automatic approval in your Affiliate dashboard.
Scroll to the bottom of your affiliate dashboard to edit these settings. You’ll see a slide called “Auto Approval” that you can toggle off or on:
Instead of receiving email notifications about their application being pending approval (which they might be), they will be approved automatically. They will receive their login details immediately. Once they log in to their dashboard, they’ll automatically be approved.

How long will you wait for someone who clicked your affiliate links but didn’t buy the first time to become an affiliate referee when they register?
If I click on your affiliate link, return to your checkout page, and make a purchase after 30 days, am I still considered your referral?
You can also modify these settings:
Scroll down in the affiliate dashboard until the Cookie Expiration section. Enter the number of days that you would like it to last.
The following example shows that if someone clicks on an associate link and buys your product within 30 days, it will be recorded for your affiliates.

You can activate the “Sales Letter Popup” template from the CUSTOMIZE tab.
After you select the Sales Letter Popup templates, make sure to save the settings.
Scroll down further to modify the settings for Sales Letter Popup.
Once you have that all set up, click on the share button at the top left corner of your dashboard to grab the code you’ll add to your website.
That’s it. This is the code you should enter on your website.
