Create an account
It is easy to create a SamCart Account. Log into SamCart.com. Click the “Try It Free” button.
You’ll be redirected to the pricing page where you can choose the plan you want to try.
Before you can try it, you don’t need to make an initial payment. Click on any of these plans to be taken the checkout page.
During the 14 days of the trial period, you will not be charged for the product. Remember that you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period.

Next step is to create a checkout page. This is how your SamCart dashboard should look.

Step 1 Edit Settings
Click on the Edit Settings button and the page to edit will appear in a new tab. Be assured that you will automatically be taken there.
Let’s take it step by step.
The Edit page can be divided into five sections. You can edit the General tab to change a lot of things, such as your cart logo or your content URL parameters.

i Marketplace Name. The Marketplace name can be changed at any time.

The next step is to choose a default country to display on your checkout pages. However, your customers have the option to change this at any time.

You should now be able to move forward. However, If you want to configure your marketing analytics at once, you can go do so as well.

These are two common ways that integration processes work in many cases.
But if your product is a membership site, you might also want to integrate with a membership platform.

Select the membership platform you want to use for your product and click on Add Integration.
I can go ahead and input the necessary information and click on the integration button. All the required information is in your dashboard. Log in to OptimizeMember Dashboard to view them.
Next, you will be able to customize your email settings. To access this functionality, click on the Email Tab.
a Email Footer: This is where you can edit and change the footer information that will appear in every email sent from your dashboard.

After you’re done editing your email, you can add custom fields if desired. In case you want to add some customized fields to your checkout page, here is where to do it in the CUSTOM FIELDS tab.
Custom Fields To create a new field, click the + Create button
A pop-up will appear.
Enter the name(s) of the fields you would like to add. However, your customer won’t be able to see the internal field names. Instead, the customer will see the check out label as the field name.
A list of items that appear when you click on the field. Understand that for a drop-down list, the customer can only choose one item.
A checkbox will contain several items that a user can choose from. You have the option of choosing all of them or one from each.
This is a single item checkbox though.
After you’re done, click Save.
You can add as much as you want. I warn you that customers don’t like long forms. Your form shouldn’t be too long.
They’ll most likely abandon it. As I said, about 2/3 of all customers will abandon their shopping cart.

Keep it simple.
Enter their email address in Enter email and click on the Add New button. The email will be sent to them to confirm your request. After they accept your request, they will be able login as administrator.
This completes Step 1 of the setup process.

Step 2: Connect a Processor
If you have not been following this tutorial, please go back and open the previous tab. Now you will connect a pay processor to allow you to receive payments. Click on “Add Payment Processor”
You’ll be taken to the Settings once again and in the integration tab. Here you will find the Payment Integration option.
To add a processor to your payment page, click on either the +Add New Button or the ADD NEW BUTTON in the top-right corner.
As of the time of this writing, SamCart integrates with two payment processors Paypal and Stripe.
Click on the Create New button to open a new page.
Click on Stripe, or Paypal. Clicking on Stripe will bring up a page for you to log in.

You can start by filling out the form. Verify that your country is listed in Stripe’s accepted countries.
If you are able to include both payment options for your customers that would be nice. Customers can choose the payment method they prefer.
Next, let’s move to the next step:
Step 3: Create a Product
Now return to the dashboard. From where you were redirected to the Payment processor page. Click on the Add First Product Button this is the interesting part.
Click on this button to open the next page
Click on +New Product.
This page allows you to update product information. Enter the name, price, and description of your product. Also, choose whether you want a one-time or recurring payment.
An ebook product will be a one-time payment product. However, an online course or membership will require a recurring payment option.
You might need additional information after you’ve added product information.
As you can see, there are additional settings you can choose to complete your check-out.
Let’s begin by uploading the product photo. Upload your product image. The image will appear exactly as this on the SamCart checkout pages:
You can enter the URL of the webpage your customers will visit when they make their purchase from your checkout page. Most people will have a page like yourdomain.com/thankyou.html Next enter the product type are you selling a digital product or physical product?

Finally, for this stage, if you’re going to use coupons for marketing, you can enable the coupon code option.
After you enable it you can add coupons that people can use for your product at a discount price.
Click the Add New Coupon Button. A pop-up will display the following information:

Click on the Checkout Design tab and then select from more than 18 templates at the time of writing. Any of the templates you like can be selected.
Scroll down to modify the design. You can customize the settings to fit your brand’s voice.
You can start by customizing the colors.
You can choose from the pre-defined colors or make your own. The best thing about it is that you can use the color picker to choose the color you want, without having to worry about the code.
You can modify the color of your header, footer or background, as well as your buttons.
Next, you want to add some fields including your custom fields remember the “school” field we created previously, we can also add it here to your product page. Check all fields you would like to see on your checkout webpage.

Once approved, they’ll receive their login information Email, password, URL, where they can access and promote your products.
If you do not want to have them pending you can activate automatic approbation in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Scroll down to your affiliate dashboard, and you will see a slide called Auto Approval that you can toggle on/off.
So instead of receiving email notifications that they’re application is pending approval, they’ll automatically be approved. They will receive their login details immediately. Once they log in to their dashboard, they’ll automatically be approved.
