Step 1: Edit Settings
Click on the Edit Settings button and the page to edit will appear in a new tab. Don’t worry, you’ll be taken to that page automatically.

The Edit page is divided into 5 sections. In the General tab, you can edit quite a wide range of options from your cart logo to your content URL parameters.

i). Marketplace Name. This name is customizable.

Then, you can choose which country will appear as the default for your checkout page. Of course, customers can always change it to another country.

iii). Support Contact. In this area, add your support contact email. Add an email address customers can reach you easily.

iv). Currency: Please note that after you register, you can’t change the currency. So at this point, you can’t change your currency.

Once you have successfully logged into your MailChimp Account, go to the Extras Menu. There you will find API keys in a drop-down menu.

Copy it and copy it to your SamCart Integration setup.
If you also want to integrate another platform, the process might be a bit different.
You don’t even have to go to your dashboard in order to obtain your API Key. Aweber will automatically log you in to complete your integration.

What about when processes break down? These are where you will set the email messages that customers receive when processes fail.
c). Emails to Dupes
After you’re done editing your email, you can add custom fields if desired. If you wish to add customized fields on your checkout page, this is the place to do it.

Enter the name of your fields. Your customer will not see the internal name but the label for the checkout page will.
The drop-down list will display a list of items when you click on the box. Understand that for a drop-down list, the customer can only choose one item.
A checkbox will contain several items that a user can choose from. Customers have the option to choose from all of them (or just one)
This is just one item.
Once you are done, click on Save.
You can add as much as you want. You should be aware that customers dislike long forms. Be brief.
They will most likely abandon the cart. As I have said before, 2/3 of customers will abandon shopping carts.

Keep it simple.
Enter their email address in Enter email and click on the Add New button. The email will be sent to them to confirm your request. Once they have accepted your request, they’ll be able to log in as an administrator.
This completes Step 1 of the setup process.
Next, let’s move on to Step 2
Step 2 – Connect a processor
Go back to the previous tab if you’ve been following this tutorial. Now you will connect a pay processor to allow you to receive payments. Click on “Add Payment Processor”
You will be taken back to Settings. There you’ll find the payment integration choice.
To add a payment processing processor, click the big ADD NEW button in the top right corner.

The form is easy to fill out. Check to make sure that your country appears on Stripe payment acceptance lists.
It would be great if you could offer both payment options to your customers. Customers can choose which payment processor they prefer.
Let’s go on to the next stage:
Step 3: Create A Product
Return to your dashboard. The Payment processor page will redirect you from your dashboard. Click on the Add First Product Button this is the interesting part.
Once you click on that button, you should see the following page:
Click the button “+New Product”
This page will allow you to enter new product information. Enter the product name and price. You can also choose whether it will be a one-time payment or recurring.
A product such an ebook will typically be a one-time purchase type. However, a product like a membership, or an online course, will likely require a regular payment option.
After adding the product information to the page, you might need more information on the next page.
You can see that at the top menu, they’re other settings you can make to complete your check out.
Let’s start with the product picture. Upload your product image. The image will appear exactly as this on the SamCart checkout pages:
You can enter the URL of the webpage your customers will visit when they make their purchase from your checkout page. Most people will have a page like yourdomain.com/thankyou.html Next enter the product type are you selling a digital product or physical product?

Final note: If you are going to use coupon codes for marketing purposes, you can enable this option.
Once you enable it, you’ll be able to add coupons people can use to buy your product at a discounted price.
Click on the Add New Coupon button, a pop up will show up with the following information:

You can activate Stripe if Stripe has already been integrated.

You are adding an upsell product. To edit the upsell option, click on the Upsell tab. Here is an example showing how your upsell products will look:
It should be an item that customers can add to their shopping basket to compliment the product.

Affiliates can register by following the link to promote your products. Once your affiliates creates an account, they’ll be notified of a successful registration and that their application is pending approval.

Once they are approved, they will be sent their login details email, password, and login URL so they can access their accounts.
You can also activate automatic approval via your Affiliate dashboard, even if they are still pending.
Scroll down to the bottom and click on Auto Approval.
Instead of receiving emails advising them that their application is being reviewed, they’ll be approved immediately. They will immediately receive their login information and be logged in to the dashboard.
