Step 1: Edit settings
To edit the page, click on the Edit Settings button. A new tab will open. Don’t worry, you’ll be taken to that page automatically.

The Edit page can be divided into five sections. The General tab lets you edit a range of options, from your cart logo to the parameters of your content URL.

iii). Support Contact: In this field, you want to add your support contact email. Add an email address so customers can easily reach you.

iv). Currency: After you register your currency, you will not be able change it. You cannot change your currency after registration.

Select MailChimp from drop-down menu to edit integration details. Add the integration label to your API key.

a). Email Footer: This is where you can edit and change the footer information that will appear in every email sent from your dashboard.

What about when processes break down? These are the Dunning Emails, which you use to send emails to customers when processes fail.
c). Emails to Dupes
When you are done editing your emails, you can go ahead to add some custom fields if you like. In case you want to add some customized fields to your checkout page, here is where to do it in the CUSTOM FIELDS tab.
To add custom fields, click on the + Create New button.
Pop ups will appear.
Enter the names of fields you wish to add. While the customer won’t see the inner field name, the customer’s check out page label will show it as the field title.
The drop-down list will display a list of items when you click on the box. A drop-down list allows the customer to choose only one item.
A checkbox will contain several items that a user can choose from. Customers have the option to choose from all of them (or just one)
It is a checkbox for one item.
Click Save when you are done.
You can add as many as possible. You should be aware that customers dislike long forms. Be brief.
They’ll likely abandon it. Like I stated earlier, 2 out of 3 customers will abandon their shopping cart.

Simply enter their email address into the Enter email field, and then click on Add New. They’ll receive an email to accept your request. After they accept your request, they will be able login as administrator.
You are done with Step one in the setup process.
Next, let us move on to step 2:
Step 2 Connect a Processor
Go back to the previous tab if you’ve been following this tutorial. Connect a payment processor so you can receive payments. Click on the Add payment processor button.
The Settings tab will open again. Where you can find the payment integration option.
To add a processor to your payment page, click on either the +Add New Button or the ADD NEW BUTTON in the top-right corner.
SamCart currently integrates with Stripe, Paypal, and Stripe as of the time this writing.
After clicking on the Create New link, a page will open showing you this:
Click on Stripe or Paypal. Click on Stripe to open this page and log in with your credentials.

You can add both payment options for customers if you choose. Customers can choose the preferred payment processor.

Step 3: Create A Product
Now, return to your dashboard. Return to your dashboard. This is the exciting part.
Click on this button to open the next page
Click on the +New Products button.
This page will be available for you to add product information. Enter the product name, price, and description. Also, choose whether you want a one-time or recurring payment.
An ebook is a type of product that can be purchased once. A membership or online course, on the other hand, will need recurring payments.
After adding the product information to the page, you might need more information on the next page.
The settings are located at the top of the menu.
Let’s start with the product picture. Upload your product image. This is the image that will be displayed on SamCart’s checkout page.
When your customers complete their order on your checkout page, enter a URL address. Most people will have a page like yourdomain.com/thankyou.html Next enter the product type are you selling a digital product or physical product?
If the product is digital, you can upload it immediately. You can ignore this option if the product is not digital. Samcart Ceo
Final note: If you are going to use coupon codes for marketing purposes, you can enable this option.
You can enable it to allow people to use coupons to purchase your product at a reduced price.
Click the Add New Coupon Button. A pop-up will display the following information:

They will say it may become too expensive later on, when they might be in need and don’t have the cash.

You will need to complete the coupon code setup. Choose a coupon code and set the expiration date. Select the option that best describes your product or service.
Please note that couponing is optional.
Let’s now move on to the checkout page design.
Click on the Checkout Design tab and then select from more than 18 templates at the time of writing. Any one of these templates can be chosen to suit your brand.
Scroll down to personalize the design. There are many settings you can adjust to make your brand voice heard.
You can begin by customizing the color.
You can choose the predefined color codes or create your own colors. It has a colour picker that allows you to pick the color you wish without having to remember the color codes.
You can change the color of the header, footer, background, headline, and your buttons color.
Next, you’ll need to add some fields, including custom fields. If you remember the “school”, we can also add this to your product page. You can check the fields that you wish to make active on your checkout pages.

To access this page, you need to log in to your dashboard and navigate to the AFFILIATES tab in the menu bar.
Once the page is loaded fully, scroll down to the bottom of the page until the fields are found that will allow your affiliates to login.
If you paste the link to the signup page into the browser, you’ll find something similar to this with your product name.
Affiliates can register with that link to start promoting your products. After your affiliates have created an account, they will be notified that the registration was successful and that their application has been approved.

Once they have been approved they will receive their login credentials Email, password, login URL. This allows them to access their accounts, as well as everything else they need, in order to promote your products.
You can also activate automatic approval via your Affiliate dashboard, even if they are still pending.
To edit this settings, scroll down to the bottom of your affiliate dashboard and you’ll find a slide named Auto Approval you can toggle on or off:
Instead of being notified by email that their application is pending approval they will be automatically approved. They will receive their login details immediately. Once they log in to their dashboard, they’ll automatically be approved.

How long do you think it will take for someone who clicks on your links to register but doesn’t actually purchase anything to be considered as an affiliate referral?
If I click on your affiliate link, return to your checkout page, and make a purchase after 30 days, am I still considered your referral?
You can also add these settings to your account:
Scroll down on your affiliate dashboard to find the Cookie Expiration button. Enter the number and duration of time you wish it to stay.
In the below example, after someone clicks the affiliate link and purchases your product anytime within 30 business days, it will automatically be recorded for you affiliates.
