Next is creating a checkout webpage. This is how your SamCart dashboard should look.
As you can see, it takes only three steps to create your checkout pages.
Step 1: Edit settings
Click on the Edit Settings button and the page to edit will appear in a new tab. Don’t worry, you’ll be taken to that page automatically.
Let’s go through it step-by-step.
The Edit page is divided into 5 sections. In the General tab, you can edit quite a wide range of options from your cart logo to your content URL parameters.
Let’s check out what you can change in these fields:
i Marketplace Name. This name is customizable.
You can edit it if it’s not correct.
Next, you will choose the default country for your checkout page. Your customers can change it at any time to their country of choice.

This is important, because if your product expiry dates are added, the date and time of your products will be counted based upon the time zone specified. Customers can then know which time zone your company uses.
iii). Support Contact: In this field, you want to add your support contact email. Add an email address to which customers can contact you easily.
You can add any email you like. However, it’s better to add a business email address, for example, [email protected]
iv). Currency: Please note that after you register, you can’t change the currency. You can’t change the currency at this stage.
If you wish to make any changes to it, contact the SamCart support team.

vi Buy completion: This is where you will direct your customers after they make a purchase. You can choose whether you want your users to go to the original URL or display a summary page with links.
You can also use the Redirect Link ButtonText to let your customers know what to do next.
You can, for example, grant them access to the product.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you should feel confident and ready to go. You can however, configure your marketing data at once if you wish.
You can leave the settings the way they are, you don’t have to bother yourself. You can change the settings to suit your needs by following the example.
Once you’re finished editing these settings please save them. The Save button is located in the top right corner.
The next step is to move to the Integration tab. You will find a lot of integration options there.
It is important to set up the integration early so that you don’t have it to do each time you need to sell a product.
Let’s first integrate our email autoresponder program. To add an email address service, click the + Add New button.
Choose the one that applies to you. Click on the icon if you’ve already signed up with AWeberor MailChimp to proceed with integration.
Let’s say that MailChimp was your preferred autoresponder for this example.
If you choose MailChimp from the drop-down menu, edit the integration details. Add the integration label and input your API key.

To get your API Key, log in to MailChimp. Log in to Mailchimp.com using your username and password.
Once you have successfully logged into your MailChimp Account, go to the Extras Menu. There you will find API keys in a drop-down menu.
Click on the Create a Key button and the API key will be generated for you automatically. You don’t need to do anything.
Copy it and paste it in your SamCart integration setup.
It might take a little longer if you are also looking to integrate another platform.
To integrate with Aweber, for example, you don’t need to manually go to your dashboard to get your API key. The system will allow you to log in and complete the integration.

These are typically the two methods that integrate in many cases.

Scroll down the integration page until you find the Membership link.
Click on “+ Add New”
This page will appear:
Click on Add Integration to select the membership platform you wish to use for your product.
You can enter all the details and click on the “integrate” button. Your dashboard contains all the information you need. Log into OptimizeMember to see them.
Next, you can customize your email settings. Click on the Email tab to access this function. You can modify the following settings:
a Email Footer Editable: Here you can modify the footer details for every email that you send from dashboard. You can do this either automatically or manually.
Once you click the button, a popup will appear for you to modify.

This could be, for example, when a customer orders are refunded.
b). Emails that can be customized
To edit the file, click on the Edit button.
What happens when processes fail? Here are Dunning Emails. These emails are for customers who experience failure in processes.

After you’re done editing your email, you can add custom fields if desired. Here’s where you can add custom fields to the checkout page.
Custom Fields Click the + New Button to Add a Field
Pop ups will appear.
Enter the name(s) of the fields you would like to add. However, your customer won’t be able to see the internal field names. Instead, the customer will see the check out label as the field name.
A list of items that appear when you click on the field. Understand that for a drop-down list, the customer can only choose one item.
A checkbox may contain many items the user can select from. You have the option of choosing all of them or one from each.
This is just one item.
Click on Save once you are done.
As many as possible can be added. Let me warn you: Customers hate long forms. Make sure your form is not too long.
They will most likely abandon the cart. As I said, about 2/3 of all customers will abandon their shopping cart.

Keep it simple.
Simply enter their email address into the Enter email field, and then click on Add New. Your request will be accepted by them via email. They will receive an email to accept your request. Once that happens, they will also be able log in as an administrator.
Now you are done with Step 1.
Next, let us move on to step 2:
Step 2: Connect a Processor
Go back to the previous tab if you’ve been following this tutorial. Connect a payment processor so you can receive payments. Click on the Add Payment Processor button.
You’ll be taken to the Settings once again and in the integration tab. The payment integration option can be found here.
To add a Payment Processor, click the big ADDNE button or +Add New Button at the top of the page.
SamCart has integrated with Stripe (PayPal) and Paypal (as of the writing of this article).
Click on the Create New button to open a new page.
Click on Stripe or Paypal. Clicking on Stripe will bring up a page for you to log in.

You can start by filling out the form. Check that your country is on the Stripe payment list.
If you are able to include both payment options for your customers that would be nice. Customers can choose their preferred payment payment processor.
Let’s go on to the next stage:
Step 3: Create a product
Now return to your dashboard. Return to your dashboard. Click on the Add First Product Button this is the interesting part.
Once you click on that button, you should see the following page:
Click the button “+New Product”
This page will be available for you to add product information. Enter the name, price, and description of your product. And also choose if it’s going to be a one time payment or recurring payment.
An ebook is a type of product that can be purchased once. A membership or online course, on the other hand, will need recurring payments.
Once you have entered the product information you may need to update the next page.
As you can see, there are additional settings you can choose to complete your check-out.
Let’s start by looking at the product image. Upload your product image. The image will appear exactly as this on the SamCart checkout pages:
When customers make a purchase on your checkout page they will be directed to a specific webpage. Most people will have a page like yourdomain.com/thankyou.html Next enter the product type are you selling a digital product or physical product?
If it’s a digital product, you have the option to upload it immediately. But, if you don’t have a digital product to upload, you can ignore it. 1 Page Blueprint Samcart
You can also enable the coupon code option for this stage if you plan to use coupons in marketing.
It’s possible to create coupons for people to buy your product at reduced prices once you enable it.
Click on the Add New Coupon button. A popup window will open with the following information.
Using coupon codes is a great way to generate more customers for your business. Discounts are loved by customers. Some customers might even buy products they don’t need because of the discount.
They’ll tell you that it might get very expensive in future, and they might not have enough money at that time.

You will need to complete the coupon code setup. Choose a coupon code and set the expiration date. Select the option that best describes your product or service.

Let’s move on to the checkout pages design.
Click on Checkout Design to open a selection of over 18 templates. You can choose any one of them that suits your brand.
Scroll down to personalize the design. You can customize the settings to fit your brand’s voice.
You can start by customizing the colors.
You can select from predefined color codes and create your own. It also has a color selector, so you can choose the color you desire without worrying about the color codes.
You can alter the colors of your header, footer and background as well as the buttons.
Next, you’ll need to add some fields, including custom fields. If you remember the “school”, we can also add this to your product page. Make sure you check all fields that should be visible on your checkout page.

Once everything is set up, you can start adding your terms & conditions. Turn in on.
In the case where you turn it on, a customer must agree to your terms and conditions before they’ll be able to buy your product.
Remember to include a URL that points to your Terms and Conditions content.
The link is located at bottom of the page. It will include the hyperlink “Terms, Conditions”. Next you will need to add payment processors for your checkout page. Don’t worry, you won’t need to go through the steps you went through in step two again.
Simply click on the Payments tab, and you can turn on all active Payment options.

You can activate Stripe if Stripe has already been integrated.
You can add a secondary payment processor as well. This is specifically for those merchants who want to add an alternative secondary product. Click on the drop-down menu to select an item. 1 Page Blueprint Samcart
You would like to add an extra product. Click on the Upsell tab to edit the upsell option. Here is an example showing how your upsell products will look:
This should be something your customers are able to add to their shopping carts to complement the product they have purchased.
To edit your Upsells, click on the UpSells tab and edit it. You must add a product. Click and then add the product.
This is where you can add any upsell funnels you have created. We’ll be discussing the upsell channel later in this article.

You’ll get something similar if you put the link to the signup page in your browser. However, it will be with your product name.
To promote your products and register as affiliates, click the link. Once an affiliate creates an account they’ll receive notification of successful registration and that approval is pending.

Once they have been approved they will receive their login credentials Email, password, login URL. This allows them to access their accounts, as well as everything else they need, in order to promote your products.
If you don’t wish to leave them pending, activate automatic approval through your Affiliate dashboard.
To edit this settings, scroll down to the bottom of your affiliate dashboard and you’ll find a slide named Auto Approval you can toggle on or off:
Instead of receiving email notifications about their application being pending approval (which they might be), they will be approved automatically. Their login details will be sent to them immediately and they’ll be logged in automatically to their dashboard.

In your affiliate dashboard, scroll down to the point where you’ll find the Cookie Expiration option. Enter the number of days you want it to last.

It is easy. Login to your dashboard. Next, navigate to your products section. Then to the Checkout Design tab:
At this time, the templates that support multi-languages are the “World Wide” or “One-Page Funnel” template.
Choose from the following templates:

Select from the available languages. Click on the Save button after you have chosen your preferred language.

What’s the best way to do this?
It’s simple, and you don’t have to create any code.
Click on the Products tab to open any product. Then you should find yourself in the customize tab.
On the CUSTOMIZE page, activate the “Sales Letter Popup” Template.
After you’ve selected the Sales Letter Popup template make sure to save the settings.
Scroll down to edit the settings for Sales Letter Popup template.
Once everything is set up, click the share button at top left of your dashboard to get the code for your website.
There you have it. This is the code you should enter on your website.
Place this code in your product page. The popup will open when the button is clicked.
